Home diagnostic testing company OraSure Technologies hired Agnieszka Gallagher as its general counsel, chief compliance officer, and secretary. She replaces Jack Jerrett, who held those roles as a senior vice president and is retiring effective Dec. 31 after more than 21 years of service.
