Univision Communications, a multimedia company serving Hispanic America, announced that it has promoted Matthew Drucker to EVP, chief accounting officer and corporate controller, effective immediately.

Drucker oversees all of the company’s financial reporting, budgeting and accounting operations, treasury functions and policies and controls. He ensures the integrity of UCI’s financial reporting and standards while playing an imperative role in the company’s balance sheet management and the development of UCI’s financial strategies.

Drucker joined UCI in 2012 and prior to UCI served as audit partner at KPMG , including in their national office.
