Warner Bros. Entertainment has named Roger Willard as chief accounting officer. He will report directly to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Kim Williams.

In this newly created position, Willard will be a key member of the company’s senior finance team, ultimately responsible for all accounting and compliance practices as well as treasury operations of the Studio. In addition, he will provide technical accounting guidance and oversee all financial due diligence related to the company’s business development and transactional activities.

Prior to joining Warner Bros., Willard spent seven years at the global professional and technical services firm AECOM, serving most recently as senior vice president, corporate finance; he was also a vice president of corporate finance and global controller at the company. Before that, he was a partner at the management consultant firm Sirius Solutions. Willard also spent 18 years at Arthur Andersen, including four years as partner.
