Willis Lease Finance, an independent jet engine lessor in the commercial finance sector, has elected Robert Keady to its board of directors, effective immediately. Keady also will serve on the compensation and audit committees.
The recent resignation of W. William Coon left an immediate vacancy on the board.
Keady is a senior advisor to Mitsubishi Aircraft. He also serves as a member of the board of advisors of ASE Holdings, and is founder and current president of Eastern Aviation Consulting Group. Formerly, he was a senior manager in sales, marketing, and business development with engine manufacturer Pratt & Whitney for more than thirty years.
