Agiliance Expands Canadian Presence

Agiliance, a provider of governance, risk, and compliance software solutions, has announced the expansion of its global presence with the launch of Agiliance Canada.

Agiliance Canada will be managed by Doug Carwardine, who brings more than 23 years management, business development,and technology experience to Agiliance. As president of Agiliance Canada, Carwardine will be responsible for managing key relationships, driving new business, and providing the strategic direction for Canadian operations.

Agiliance RiskVision software helps businesses and government agencies realize gains in their GRC efforts including cost savings of 70 to 80 percent on internal risk assessments and audits, faster decision making, and better visibility into current and future risk. By establishing additional offices in Canada, Agiliance further extends its ability to help companies achieve and sustain compliance across multiple regulations; reduce escalating compliance and risk management costs; and gain risk insight for better strategic decision making.
