The National Labor Relations Board has appointed Nancy Platt as deputy assistant general counsel of the Contempt, Compliance, and Special Litigation Branch in the Division of Legal Counsel. Platt will serve as deputy to Barbara O’Neill, whose recent appointment as Branch Chief will become effective in July.
