Cooper-Standard Holdings, a global supplier of automotive sealing, fuel and brake, and fluid transfer systems, has appointed Iwona Niec Villaire to deputy general counsel and director of global legal compliance, effective as of Sept. 30. She will report to Timothy Hefferon, senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Cooper Standard.
