American Realty Capital, a full-service real estate advisory firm, has appointed John Grady as chief compliance officer and chief operating officer for the company’s FINRA member broker-dealer subsidiary Realty Capital Securities. He will also serve as CCO for Business Development Corporation of America and its adviser, BDCA Adviser. These appointments will be effective at the end of September.
