EOG Resources, a crude oil and natural gas company, has named Michael Donaldson as general counsel, corporate secretary and vice president, effective May 3. He assumes this role from Frederick Plaeger, who will continue to serve as vice president of government relations until his retirement from EOG.
Donaldson has more than 20 years of oil and gas-related legal experience. He joined EOG in September 2007 and previously served as deputy general counsel and corporate secretary.
