The Securities and Exchange Commission has appointed Matthew Solomon as deputy chief litigation counsel of the Division of Enforcement, effective in June. He assumes this position from Mark Adler, who currently serves as deputy chief trial counsel at the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
In his new role, Solomon will assist in the oversight of the Washington headquarters trial unit as well as trial attorneys in 11 regional offices.
