Technology-giant HP has appointed John Schultz as general counsel and executive vice president, effective immediately. He assumes this role from David Healy, who has served as interim general counsel since December 2011.
Schultz also will be a member of HP’s executive counsel. He will be responsible for all legal and compliance functions globally.
