Dynegy, an electric energy, capacity and ancillary services company, has appointed Clint Walden as chief accounting officer, effective March 9.
Previously, Walden was employed at Sirius Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting with significant experience with energy trading accounting, operations, processes and controls, complex transactions and technical accounting matters.
