ProVest LLC, a national process server management company dedicated to improving the default servicing industry, has hired Karen Kelly as general counsel and chief compliance officer.
In her role as general counsel, Kelly will provide in-house legal counsel to management and operations on all legal matters affecting the business, and will assist in deal transactions and contract negotiations for new business relationships and vendor engagements. She will also be responsible for corporate governance, dispute resolution and litigation management.
