Jefferson Wells, a global provider of internal audit and controls, technology risk management, tax, and finance and accounting-related services, has appointed Robert Eason as director of internal audit and controls in the firm’s New York office.
Eason brings more than 30 years of audit expertise to his new role. Prior to joining Jefferson Wells, Eason most recently was with BlueChip Resources in New Canaan, Conn., where he led financial and operational consulting resources. He also served as a corporate vice president and general auditor for ITT Industries in White Plain, N.Y. and held various senior financial positions at AT&T both in the United States and Europe. Eason has held positions at other organizations such as Deloitte & Touche in Saginaw, Mich. and the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Mich.
