Hertz Global Holdings announced that Lucy Clark Dougherty, senior vice president, general counsel and board secretary of Polaris, will serve as a board of director.
Dougherty formerly served as deputy general counsel at General Motors and chief legal officer and counselor to the secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
