According to Diligent’s new Global State of Legal Entity Compliance 2026 report, 64 percent of the 309 senior governance practitioners from North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and the U.K. surveyed see AI governance oversight as their number one future skill.
