Hertz Global Holdings has named Rick Frecker as acting general legal counsel, following the resignation of Thomas Sabatino, who is joining Aetna as executive vice president and general counsel, law and regulatory. Frecker, who has been with Hertz since 2008, has served as vice president and deputy general counsel for the company since 2013.

Eric Stock, chief of the Antitrust Bureau at the New York Attorney General’s Office, will join law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher as a partner in New York, where he will focus on antitrust litigation and investigations, as well as merger review, effective June 1.

Switzerland-based Tokio Millennium, a reinsurance company, has appointed Andreas Kull as chief risk officer and as a member of its executive committee. He will succeed Akira Higuma, who will return as the group leader of global risk management, a unit within the international business development department of Tokio Marine Holdings.

Marsh & McLennan Companies, a global professional services firm, has named Robert Easton as chief compliance officer of the firm’s Risk and Insurance Services segment. He reports to Jim McNasby, general counsel for MMC’s Risk and Insurance Services segment.

National Retail Properties, a real estate investment trust, has named Michelle Miller as chief accounting officer.

Mid-Con Energy Partners, a Delaware limited partnership formed in 2011 to own, operate, acquire, exploit and develop producing oil and natural gas properties in North America, has appointed Charles McLawhorn as general counsel and corporate secretary of Mid-Con Energy GP, the general partner of the partnership, effective April 1.

WorkWave, a provider of cloud-based software solutions for field service management and “last mile” fleet management, has appointed Perry Pappas as general counsel and chief compliance officer. As a member of WorkWave’s senior management team, Pappas will be responsible for all legal and compliance aspects of WorkWave’s rapidly expanding domestic and international operations.

Vail Resorts has appointed Ryan Siurek as controller and chief accounting officer, effective April 18. He will assume these responsibilities from Mark Schoppet, who will retire following the completion of a transition period.
