TD Bank Group has appointed Colleen Goggins to its board of directors. Goggins is former worldwide chairman of the consumer group at Johnson & Johnson, where she held several senior appointments and was also a member of its executive committee from 2001 to 2011. Goggins’ appointment brings the total number of directors to 15.

H. J. Heinz has announced that Michael Milone will retire, effective May 1.  Milone currently serves as executive vice president of global enterprise risk management, environmental health, safety & sustainability, quality and infant/nutrition. The company will reassign these duties upon his departure.
