Conduent, a business services technology company, has appointed Brian Clayton as chief compliance officer.

Clayton will be responsible for the global planning, implementing and monitoring of a corporate compliance program for Conduent relating to its information and data security and contractual obligations. He will oversee policies and procedures to maintain a culture of compliance, including global compliance training, personnel and committees, investigation, and resolution of compliance matters in these areas.

Clayton joined Conduent in 2003, where he has served as both the chief privacy officer and the associate general counsel.
