Qualys, a provider of on demand IT security risk and compliance management solutions, announced that Jeffrey Hank, who is vice president, corporate controller, and chief accounting officer of Intuit, has joined the Qualys board of directors.
Qualys Chairman and CEO Philippe Courtot leads the board. Other members include: General Peter Pace, former chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, United Armed Forces; Donald Dixon, managing director of Trident Capital; Sandra England Bergeron, chairman of the board for TraceSecurity; Yves Sisteron, managing partner and co-founder of GRP Partners; and Alex Pinchev, executive vice president and president global sales, services, and field marketing for Red Hat.
