Risk and compliance solutions provider Exiger announced the acquisition of Convergent Solutions, a firm specializing in the delivery of intelligence analysis, cyber-security, and national security solutions to the U.S. government.
Convergent will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and grow Exiger’s client footprint across the government, including the Department of Defense, the intelligence community, and civilian agencies.
