Swedish telecommunications company Ericsson announced the appointment of Jan Sprafke as its full-time chief compliance officer.
Sprafke has served as Ericsson’s acting CCO since February, when he succeeded Laurie Waddy in the role. He will continue to report to Group Chief Legal Officer Scott Dresser and the audit and compliance committee of the company’s board of directors.
