First Tech Federal Credit Union announced Holly McHugh will be its general counsel.
McHugh will report directly to Chief Executive Greg Mitchell and lead the firm’s compliance teams.
Prior to joining First Tech as vice president of enterprise governance and legal affairs in 2022, McHugh worked at law firm Miller Nash, where she was a partner in the financial institutions practice.
