Finance services firm Duff & Phelps announced the hiring of Adam August as a director in the Compliance and Regulatory Consulting (CRC) practice.
Based in Dallas, August will lead the expansion of Duff & Phelps’ CRC offering to the Texas area. He has over 11 years of experience in corporate and securities law.
