$15.9 billion Anadarko Petroleum Corp. promoted M. Cathy Douglas to the role of vice president and chief accounting officer.
Douglas has nearly 30 years of experience with Anadarko in accounting policy, financial reporting, internal controls, and risk accounting. She joined the company in 1979 and has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout her tenure, including her most recent position of corporate controller.
