Beauty giant Avon Products has announced the departure of Kim Rucker, chief compliance officer, general counsel, corporate secretary and senior vice president. Rucker joined Avon in 2008, and will remain with the company until August 17.
She will join Kraft Foods North America as executive vice president of corporate and legal affairs. In addition, she will become general counsel and corporate secretary for Kraft Foods Group, and a member of the management team when the company is spun off later this year.
