Bandanna Energy has appointed Tess Lye as general counsel and company secretary. She will be responsible for corporate compliance and legal matters.
Prior to joining Bandanna, Lye served as corporate counsel and general manager of governance and legal at Macarthur Coal. She has experience in corporate advisory, mining operations, mining project development, coal exploration and joint venture management.
