$4 billion H&R Block has hired Brian Woram as senior vice president and general counsel, effective Sept. 14.
Woram will join H&R Block from Dallas-based Centex, where he has served as senior vice president, chief legal officer, and chief compliance officer since 2005. Prior to Centex, Woram was a partner with a Dallas law firm specializing in real estate transactions.
