$11.7 billion Circuit City has announced the resignation of Philip Dunn as senior vice president, treasurer, and chief accounting officer, effective Oct. 18. Dunn has served 24 years with the company as the top accounting officer since 1996. Controller Michelle Mosier will take on Dunn’s roles in addition to her current positions.
The announcement came on the same day that $14.1 billion Chubb Corp. announced the retirement of Henry Schram as chief accounting officer. John Kennedy, who serves as deputy manager of Chubb’s accounting department, will assume his role. Schram will assist with the transition until he retires at the end of the year.
