Law firm Foley & Lardner has appointed Selig Sacks as co-chair of the U.S./China corporate practice and as a member of the transactional and securities practice.
Sacks joins Foley and Lardner from law firm Pryor Cashman, where he served as co-chair of the firm’s China practice and head of its corporate practice.
