Outdoor advertising company, Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, has appointed Sara Lee Keller to executive vice president and general counsel, effective immediately. In this role, Keller will be the advisor to Clear Channel Outdoor on all legal matters, managing the internal legal department as well as overseeing outside counsel.
