Cole Taylor Bank, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taylor Capital Group, has appointed Tamina O’Neill as group senior vice president and chief compliance officer. O’Neill will report to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer Randall Conte.
