CTS Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of electronic components and sensors and a provider of electronics manufacturing services, has hired John Dudek as vice president and assistant secretary. He also has been appointed general counsel, effective May 1.
Dudek will report directly to CTS Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Vinod Khilnani. He assumes primary responsibility for all chief legal advice to CTS management and supervision of the company’s legal department in advance of Richard Cutter’s May 31 retirement. Cutter currently serves as vice president of law and business affairs and corporate secretary for CTS.
