Diamond Foods has appointed Isobel Jones to the position of general counsel, effective as of Oct. 14, 2014.
Prior to joining Diamond, Jones most recently served as general counsel and corporate secretary of Annie’s, where she was recruited as the first general counsel of the newly-public company. In that role, she was responsible for all legal matters, including SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance, litigation management, contracts, intellectual property, employment matters and M&A.
