$3.1 billion DynCorp International, a global provider of specialized mission-critical services to civilian and military government agencies, has appointed Gregory Nixon senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary, effective Sept. 21.
Nixon joins DynCorp International from McKinsey & Company, where he has served since 2007 as associate general counsel and assistant secretary, as well as vice president and general counsel of their business division responsible for federal, state, and local public sector services and contracts. Prior to McKinsey & Company, he was principal, associate general counsel, and assistant secretary at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was lead attorney for the Global Government Business division.
