Ford Motor Co. is reshuffling its top compliance executives: James Carroll, who held the director of corporate compliance role since 2008, has now taken another job at the automotive giant handling its legal affairs with Washington. Replacing him is Raphael Richmond, who has been legal counsel with Ford in various capacities since 1996.
