FreightCar America, a manufacturer of railroad freight cars, has appointed Kathleen Boege as general counsel and corporate secretary, effective Jan. 14. She will succeed Laurence Trusdell, who is retiring. In her new role, she will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal affairs.
