GATX Corporation, a railcar leasing company, has appointed Paul Yovovich to its board of directors. Yovovich will also serve on the audit committee.
Yovovich has been the president and principal of private equity firm Lake Capital since he co-founded it in 1998. He has over 30 years of experience as a senior executive and principal and corporate director. He served as president and chief operating officer at Advance Ross Corporation from 1993 to 1996 and in various executive positions at Centel Corporation from 1982 to 1992.
