Hannover House, the entertainment division of Target Development Group, has appointed entertainment and accounting veteran, Eduardo Suarez-Moreno, to the newly created position of controller to oversee the company’s internal record keeping and accounting activities, effective as of Feb. 25. He will work out of the Hannover House corporate offices in Springdale, Ark.
