International Flavors & Fragrances, a maker of flavors and fragrances for consumer products, announced that Anne Chwat has been appointed senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary, effective April 14. In this role, Chwat will serve as the company’s legal officer overseeing all aspects of global legal and regulatory affairs.
