The National Association of Corporate Directors has announced its intent to acquire the assets of Directorship, which include NACD Directorship Magazine, www.directorship.com, the Global Boardroom Forum and the Directorship 100 Forum. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of June 2010. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
