$14 billion CBS Corporation has promoted Hazel-Ann Mayers to the position of chief compliance officer, effective Dec. 17. Mayers succeeds Marty Messinger, who has held this position since the inception of the company in December of 2005.

Messinger will continue in his role as Television Stations Group general counsel and will continue to report to Executive Vice President and General Counsel Jonathan Anschell.
