New York Private Trust Company, a Delaware-chartered trust company and a subsidiary of Emigrant Bancorp, has hired Gregory Rosenblum as chief compliance officer, with responsibility for managing all compliance, risk management, and legal issues. He will report to Chief Executive Officer Irvin Leonard.
