BancorpSouth, a financial holding company, has announced the retirement of Gary Bonds from his positions as principal accounting officer and senior vice president of BancorpSouth and as executive vice president and controller of BancorpSouth Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of BancorpSouth, effective June 29.
