SafeNet, an information security company, has appointed Mark Molina as chief legal officer, secretary and senior vice president, effective March 6. He assumes this role from Kenneth Siegel.
Prior to joining SafeNet, Molina served as chief compliance and ethics officer, chief legal officer, secretary, and executive vice president for L-1 Identity Solutions, an identification solutions company. Previously, he served as chief legal officer, secretary, and executive vice president for Identix, a biometric technologies provider.
