Suffolk Bancorp, a one-bank holding company, has appointed Patricia Schaubeck as general counsel, corporate secretary and senior vice president, effective immediately. She will assume these positions for both Suffolk Bancorp and its banking subsidiary, Suffolk County National Bank.
Schaubeck brings the position of general counsel in-house and assumes the responsibilities of corporate secretary from Douglas Ian Shaw, who has departed the company to pursue personal interests.
