$20.1 billion UAL, the parent company of United Airlines, announced in a regulatory filing that its chief legal officer has left the company.

In its filing, UAL said Paul Lovejoy, who joined UAL in 2003, has “ceased” to serve as corporate secretary, senior vice president, and general counsel, effective as of Nov. 1.
