Vitamin Shoppe Industries, a Bergen, NJ-based specialty retailer and direct marketer of nutritional products, has hired James Sander as vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary. In this capacity, Sander will be responsible for legal affairs, the corporate secretary function, and lease administration, and will report directly to CEO Tom Tolworthy.
