Robert Badal has joined WilmerHale as partner in the firm’s antitrust and competition and intellectual property litigation practice groups.
Badal, who will be based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, brings with him over 35 years of antitrust, intellectual property, and complex litigation experience. He most recently was a partner at Heller Ehrman, where he was a member of the antitrust & trade regulation and intellectual property practice groups.
