Athena Capital Advisors, a privately owned registered investment advisor, has appointed Beth Lehman as deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer.
At Athena Capital, Lehman will manage the regulatory compliance team and will be responsible for formulating and implementing all compliance policies and procedures within the firm. She will work closely with Athena Capital’s Client and Research teams to conduct due diligence and perform legal reviews on all alternative investments.
